RATES
HIGH SEASON, MAY THROUGH OCTOBER (and Christmas)
Nightly: $175 CDN for one or two persons. $45 per extra person. Infants under 2, no charge. 10% discount for families of four or more.
Weekly: $1200 CDN for one or two persons. Extra Persons: $200 per week. Infants under 2, no charge. 10% discount for families of four or more.
LOW SEASON, NOVEMBER THROUGH APRIL
Weekly: $850 CND for one or two persons. Extra Persons: $150 per week. Children under 2 years, no charge.
Monthly: $1800 CDN one or two persons (3 month minimum). Shorter term rate on request.
WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES: FEBRUARY 1-MARCH 15, 2010
Each 2-bedroom unit will accommodate up to 6 persons.
Nightly: $550 per night for up to 4 persons. Extra Persons: $100 per night.
Weekly: $3500 for up to 4 persons. Extra Persons: $600 per week.
ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Your unit will be clean upon arrival. Coffee and tea will be provided. Shopping for provisions is nearby.
Our pool is solar (sun) heated and the temperature of the pool will likely be in the low 70's. The pool is refreshing, but not overly warm.
On a weekly rental, linen changes are available after four nights, if you request.
Your unit will be fully stocked with linens and towels.
Your check-in is 3:00 pm, departure is 11:00 am.
Full payment of your account is due upon check-in.
